  I have been trying to schedule a thyroid scan and have been on hold for 15 minutes. I can't wait to receive the "confidential survey" they will send me after the scan. The telephone service is AWFUL. You wait a long time, and you listen to PR nonsense from there.

  I used to love this place except for recently. Beautiful Facility but receptionist is bratty and ruins the rest of it. If you don't agree to the appointment time she gives you she will retaliate by taking away your initial appointment time. Then she tells you she just gave your appointment to somebody else while still remaining on the phone with you without having put you on hold nor hanging up, which makes this impossible to be true. Then she'll agree to finally give you a fictitious appointment time such as 7pm, when they are no longer open. Ridiculous, for it being Pasadena service. Honestly, It is becoming "ghettofied".

  I would like to thank everyone from the receptionist and up. They know how to take care of you. You are immediately greeted and you feel like you are at a spa instead of going in for a treatment.
